Summer is meant for chasing fireflies, having cannonball contests, and wearing the permanent smell of sunscreen all day long. But, as the temperature keeps nearing 100 degrees, it’s much easier to stay inside. Resist the Netflix urge and don’t waste your summer eating chips on the couch–join in on some of Dallas’ best fitness events this July.
